Need a guy roommate in Zamalek, Cairo!!

Hello,

Guys only !

I am moving to a newly-renovated flat in the heart of Zamalek, close to a lot of restaurants and a lots of nice shops.

The builiding is clean, the flat is modernly decorated, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and an american kitchen. It has BRAND-NEW everything: new A/C's, new furniture (sofas, beds, matresses,etc..), new 32-inch TV screen ...

I will move in with my own 42-inch plasma TV, playstation 3, High Definition satellite decoder (with subcription to pay-per-view sports channels), espresso machine, steam cooker and micro-wave. Of course will I have no pb sharing them...

The flat will be available strating from 15 September. The landlord is asking EGP 2500 per room. Internet and utilites are not included in the rent.

My suggestion would be to post an advert in the Flat share section of Cairo classifieds.
