Has anyone experience power outages only on half of your unit? Certain parts of our apartment is with electricity and some parts have no electricity (right now, our kitchen and bathroom have electricity, but our living area and dining area is without).

Yes, there is an electrical issue in your apartment.

First, try the electrical box (fuse box). Turn each switch off for a few seconds. Then, turn the switches back on.

If that doesn't work, call an electrician. The apartment owner should be able to refer someone, or ask a neighbor.
