Has anyone had their covid vaccine in Egypt yet?
I registered for a vaccine, after a couple of weeks I checked and was told I had missed my appointment and had to re-register. I hadn't been informed of an appointment.
I re-registered nearly 3 months again, am checking regularly now. No news.
Hotline is obviously busy all the time.

I had the same experience. Checked the website every two days for my appointment and was also told I missed it but never got a message.

If you possibly can just fly to another country and get the vaccine there.

The funny thing is it’s what we are waiting on and Israel maybe the only option or Dubai but you can’t enter without it?? Jeje

Hello.I had my first injection on 31st march, covid at end of april and my 2nd injection on 12th june. Unfirtunatly, it was sinopharn which is recognized in 15 european countries, except France where i am from. My husband took Astraseneca on 12th june and will get his second shot on 4th september.

Thank you for replying. Did you have to wait very long to get the vaccine after registering on the government website? I don't live in Cairo so I wonder if Cairo has priority?

I live in Hurghada. I registered the first day of the opening governmental website...so 28 february..and first injection 31 st march...my husband registered 23 may and got his first injection on 12 june.

ok where is it possible to register for the vaccine... ? i cant believe its this hard to find a place for a vaccination where as other countries with less than 15 million people are contesting NOT to take the vaccination.
