Hello everyone,

I’m Carlo, retired Belgium, currently living in Sardinia. I’m planning to move to Mindelo for a long stay in 2026.

I been there in 2010 and i liked it.

I’m looking to connect with expats or long-term visitors in Mindelo, preferably through WhatsApp or Telegram — I don’t use Facebook.

Just looking around in expat life in mindelo.

After 13 years in Sardegna tired of the local food. And complicated relation.

Have good memories from mindelo, easy living Brazilian atmosphere.

Big decision to move at 71 years but still in good shape.

Need to find the right soulmate.

Have lot's of lugage, experience and education in my life .

Just need good restaurant's, a nice bar, a terras with a view. And lots of friends.

I will come 2 weeks to explore again next year.
