In Filipino: Mahal Kita. <3 and for me it's still more romantic and soulful to say "I Love You" in our own language. It feels different. Sincerity can be felt more I guess...

In Italy we say "Ti amo" to the partner, if we are a couple;
we say "ti voglio bene" if we fell affection for you but is not LOVE: to our dad, our friends, and sometimes our pets XD
