Photos on the profile...
Ok... there goes my reputation... 
How can we upload a pic for our profile? I mean, it's said 10px*10px and under 10k (if I got it properly). But how do I shrink a pic to 10px²? 
You need a graphics program to do that. A pretty good (free!) grapihc program is Irfanview.
Download and install it (it's for windows). Did I mention it is free? 
Open the photo, press Ctrl and R and resize the photo. Save the resized pic under a new name. That's it in a nutshell!
