Problem with profile photo???

Hi William,
I had this issue when i started initially. I think it may be a bug on the system. Firstly, I do know there is a pre-requiste that is required -
[ 100 x 135 pixels and 60000 bytes (59 KB). ] If you do meet these requirements. Then it could be the bug on the system? The problem i had when uploading a new picture, the old one was still displayed. So after a few attempts, i uploaded the new one and left it (even though the old one was displayed), then in the morning when i checked it, hey presto, the new pic was displayed. So you could try this and see if it works for you?

Problem with adding profile pics appeared again.  I accidentally delete mine and went to add the very same image and there is no upload button.

Hi Beakersful,

Try opening your home forum page and then hit the F5 key to refresh the page, see if that brings the profile photo back up. That was my problem, it kept opening to the page that was in my cache. F5 did the trick for me, the new profile photo that I had uploaded showed up right away.

If that doesn't resolve your problem, try renaming the original file and upload it using the new file name. It might be that since you're trying to upload a photo with the same filename it fools the system into thinking that it's already uploaded. Good luck.

I tried to change it quite some time ago Hailey and it was then I had a problem.

It used to be this one... (and don't dare laugh! You're supposed to ba a friend. LOL)



I know... really stuffy looking old guy. That's why I was so anxious to change it.  hehehehe

The funny thing is - other than the clothes & background - they both look exactly the same.

Well, I'm not sure what sorted it but I tried on several occasions and one day the pic upload menu looked different and it got sorted.

Yep, my usual pose and if I recall correctly both these photos were taken the same day.

Just thought the one in the suit was a bit too stuffy for here.
