|I had this issue when i started initially. I think it may be a bug on the system. Firstly, I do know there is a pre-requiste that is required -
[ 100 x 135 pixels and 60000 bytes (59 KB). ] If you do meet these requirements. Then it could be the bug on the system? The problem i had when uploading a new picture, the old one was still displayed. So after a few attempts, i uploaded the new one and left it (even though the old one was displayed), then in the morning when i checked it, hey presto, the new pic was displayed. So you could try this and see if it works for you?

I know... really stuffy looking old guy. That's why I was so anxious to change it. hehehehe
