I work in the health care industry, in the field of radiology /ultrasound technology. I need advice regarding the salary package. Is AED 25k a fair salary (health insurance, housing, air ticket, transportation allowance included)?.

When they offer a package, Does that mean that it will be the net gross income or are there any deductions that I have not been told yet?

In normal cases, there won't be any deductions as this is a tax free country. Please go through your offer letter and confirm whether your package is including HRA or not. Some companies will provide apartments to the employees. In that case, you don't have to worry since cost of accommodation is the only problem in Abu Dhabi.
