Moving to AD with 50k/month

Hi

i want to move with my family to AD (wife + kid). I am making 100k USD/year in Beirut
The offered package is:
- 50k AED/month package
- schooling (17k AED/kid)
- bonus (around 2 salaries/year)
- full medical insurance
- 25 days paid vacation
Is the above considered a good package to move with my family?
I was of a tax on salaries, does this exist? if yes, how it is calculated?

My wife would be able to find a job in Dubai so we might need to live mid-way between AD and Dubai, is this feasible?

Any recommendations?

I already did. In fact there are some similar cases, however the cost of living is changing a lot in the UAE and I wanted to see if with what is offered is still viable for me
