Thinking of moving back to Vietnam and opening a restaurant. I lived in HCMC for a year a few years ago. I still have friends there. I'm a chef with over 14 years experience in all kinds of cuisines.
What kind of restaurants are missing in HCMC? I haven't been back there in quite a few years.
Any ideas on start up costs for a small cafe in a descent location? Anyone on here interested in opening a restaurant?
