I have never set foot in the country, but could see from social networks there is an important german speaking community in PY.

Regarding your inquiry, i am not looking to cross post in expat-blog pltaform, but here is a sugestion i have inserted on the French Section part [ at this adress - https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.p … 891#662806 ].

I hope im not alone, but it feels very much like the market in under a bubble, thus prices will most certainly be on the raise over the next years.

you might also check out online the currents status quo in terms of proposals in ther market.

Dont be surprised when consulting some prices, a friendly American member from expat-blog, told me some locals evaluate real estate from similars buildings Europe ( so they look alike, they must cost alike ).

To who might interested, got a reply from the building company called Cyan and indicatea above. In terms of obtaining building permit and architect fees says this :

"nosotros con la firma del contrato le entregamos un bosquejo del proyecto, los planos arquitectonicos tienen un costo adicional, pero al realizar la obra tendrá un importante descuento. Los trámites municipales corren por cuenta del propietario. Estamos a disposición para reunirnos en la oficina para mostrarle el proyecto, imagenes de obras, además tenemos casas modelos que se pueden visitar
