Hi guys I'm am mujeeb alam from Pakistan and I am looking for job in Romania. Explain please how to find job.

Click on Discover at the top of this page and open the Romania Guide. Plenty of information there.
As a non EU citizen it will be virtually impossible for you to work there due to visa requirements and costs.
Easier, quicker and cheaper to hire EU citizens.

There is no one here that can help get the visa for you, you have to do it yourself. You need to find a job that will sponsor you to go to Romania, get your papers in order and apply for the visa yourself. Either that or find a job in Romania that will sponsor you and get an immigration lawyer to do your papers
