I thought the process was in chronological order, but I see people with various dates receiving the WP and RP in different times from the same region. Maybe it has something to do with the difficult in valuating the documentation and the job they are applying for. Anyways:

Hi. 15th. of December, Is the date you applied? Did you receive security email? I also applied in 17th of December. I haven't received security email yet. I just wanted to ask whether you received or not. At the beginning, I thought, my company's region was Brussels. But then I learnt that, It is in Flanders region. It was a big disappointment for me.

I dont know exactly the day of the application because it was made by the company that hired me. But yes, I received the security email on the 15th of december.

Ok, so when did you send the documents?. Actually I sent the documents on 17th December. They told me that, they applied on the same day. But as I said, I haven't got any emails from socialsecurity. I know that, they made 2 weeks of holiday. That might be the reason of lateness.

I sent the documents to the company on the 10th of december (Friday), received the Single Permit Privacy Note from Social Security on the 15th of december (Wednesday). I dont know exactly the date they applied.
It could be a delay from the holydays, but I think you should have received your notice already. (Could be the whole omicron covid causing delays aswell)

After reading earlier comments on this forum I was expecting to receive an email from @ibz.fgov.be. Its worth mentioning that I did not get any email from the Belgian govt. The Annex 46 I received from my HR was already dated and signed on the 16th of Dec and it mentioned, "The Immigration Office no longer sends a copy of Annex 46 to the worker as part of a request for obtaining / renewing the single permit." This is why, I thinnk, I never received any emails from them.

TL;DR: Keep having you HR check the status of your application.

Last information I saw about Flanders was a WP issued on Jan 6th for an application from Oct 17th. Did not see any WP update after this one.

Now it's been beyond 11 weeks  for Flanders region
I waited almost 8 weeks till now no news

Quick doubt, how do you know which region the company applied to? I'll be working on Antwerp so I just assumed it would be Flanders, but is there anything on the Social Security email that indicates it?

Based on the company location, they need to apply on the same region they are located.

It depends if he's a consultant...
Working in a company that has a sub-contract/mission with another one...

So the real answer to your question is the official address of the employer, and not the mission to the customer

Regarding the WP does the employee get any mail from social security or it's only employer who gets the mails

And what is the current processing time for the residency permit?

Has anyone received anything yet? According to economische migratie they are now processing applications received on 21 Oct.
