I am looking for someone interested in opening a food business in Germany ... restaurant, catering, take away and delivery ... business partner ... I found a couple of locations / premises ready to start working.

Maybe you can give us more information about what specifically you want to do and where?
In Germany, there is lots of competition in that field - difficult to make money, unless you have far above average location, reputation and/or management skills. It's also a challenge to find employees (especially cooks and kitchen helpers) - after months of Corona lockdown with no income, few still want to work in restaurants
