a three-seat car named the ChangLi S1-Pro

to Ecuador motorists for $1,131.

The 2023 vehicle has some limitations besides

its small size, although parking is not one of

these. It is designed to go up to 40 km per

hour velocity (25 miles an hour). It requires

a ten-hour recharge using household electricity.

It arrives in a box to then be assembled by

the purchaser.

Under a recent trade agreement negotiated with

China, the low price-tag is possible as the

ChiangLi S1-Pro is not subject to tariffs.

@cccmedia …great idea, following the lead of Tata motors out of India. Likely lacking in safety features (?) but much needed to give those who can’t afford $20K + for a vehicle but would otherwise have limited opportunities to make a living.
