Hi, it's year 2021 already. I would like to ask if there is a consulate in Algeria for Philippines? My boyfriend is an Algerian and we're planning to get married when he come in the Philippines but as I do know, applying for a visa is a long process and he kind of wanted me to comeback with him after marriage but I don't think it would be that easy. I don't have a visa yet so I was planning to get one. Advice please...
