This site is to exchange information and advice. Read what is already posted and feel free to post any specific questions. But asking for financial assistance or sponsorship here is inappropriate and against the rules. And it's not the way to get to Germany. One without EU citizenship needs to qualify on their own merits by having demanded job skills and lining up a job - or have academic qualifications and come as a student. Getting sponsorship of any kind is not a legal reality.
