can i ask question what if the agency here at Saudi Arabia did not give release to employee and the worker wants to change sponsor since the kafala or new Saudi labor law is already effective since march 14.. and take note the contract of the employee is already finish and the agency extend 3 months..

Question

can i already change my sponsor ship since my company wants me to work with them directly transfer to them

please advise

cause my agency always says that they will not allowed to change or give me release paper..
