I've used bank Muscat but it charge 60USD for each transaction and only 1500 OMR can be transferred in one transaction.
Kindly tell, there is any cheapest legal way to transfer the USD in Pakistani bank account from Oman?

Maybe you can tell your friend to deposit your salary in his account and transfer the same to your country, for this transaction the individual account will charge 1.5 Rial, which is cheaper the money transfer.
