Looking for two bedroom appartment in warrington, England.

Hi everyone, my brother is joining  the university of chester for the next batch soon and i am looking for two bedroom appartments for him around warrington. Particularly, any place with cheap or reasonable rent for a student. Also open to suggestions and recommendations for elsewhere.

Thank you for your time.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

My experience is that it's best to contact the University itself and ask for details of who they recommend.  Alternatively, many universities have halls of residence that are available for the first year of the student's course; that gives them time to make friends and see what is available for groups to rent together.

Failing that, use Google, it will give you an idea of what is available in the area and how much.

One last point - COVID is currently causing chaos at our Universities with students confined to their accommodation and many courses being delivered on-line; perhaps your brother should consider waiting until the world has dealt with COVID before embarking on a students life many miles from home.

Hope this helps.

Yes contact the university itself. When I was at university in London I stayed in one of their halls of residence in my first year and also in my final year. They are generally more affordable and better conditions than many places you'll find outside, and of course you can meet lots of friends there and usually there are nice facilities. You'll need to enquire though about 2 bedroom places.

If not, try some of the online property websites where you just enter the city or town and input your requirements: number of rooms, accommodation type, budget etc. These are a couple that I usually browse in:
