Mobile phone problems with I ternational calls

Hi Everybody,

I need the help of those who are a bit longer here. I am experiencing great problems and can’t figure out just where the problem lays. I have a pre-paid SIM card with NOS, because I don’t want that whole package with landline and TV. I have no TV and landlines are, well ... no need for a landline.

I added money to make international calls, but can’t get a connection to a business in Germany. The moment I dial it starts taking money, but it doesn’t even ring. It took about EU 1,20 in less than 10 seconds. I was told the cost are 23 cents per minute.

Something is really wrong here, and I do need someone with good knowledge to help me out please. Is it the CS tech in the branch office, is it the plan? My phone is a Samsung, last year model.

I would really appreciate good info.

Thanks

Butze

This is weird, indeed.

Go to a NOS store

OR

CALL: 16990 - Customer service
Landline or mobile phone NOS: free call

Press:
3 technical support or breakdowns, then press 4 mobile phone
OR
9 speaking with the assistant

then ask for someone to help you in english.
Probably you will have to wait a few minutes before talk with the assistant, they are in teleworking due to pandemic...

Butze

thank you much for your response. I will try to call CS.

Kindly

Butze
