Any Pakistani/indian gcc resident travelled to Dubai from Riyadh by road lately?
Are they giving e-visa?
If yes is there any issue or problem returning back to Riyadh by road?

Nowadays, no you can't as all the land borders of Saudi are closed. And no idea when they will open.
And I have done it many times in the past.
Make sure to have a visa for Saudi and UAE both. If you are not a Saudi resident then make sure that your Saudi business or commercial visit visa is BY ROAD and does not say BY AIR (It's in Arabic). If it says BY AIR, then you won't be able to travel via Saudi land borders. The car should be in your name and if it is rental or has a bank loan, you should have an NOC to take it out of the country from the respective organisation.
