Greetings
My company issued me exit re entry just days from my iqama expiry. My iqama expired and i t want to leave the company. I contacted with other company for transfer via iqama expiry without consent of present khafeel but unfortunately the request went to the present kafeel and he doesn't want to approve. Is there a way to file a case against the company for issuing exit re entry visa without my consent ? Please help me

But what I know is that the exit re-entry visa is only valod till iqama expiry date.
