Planning on visting BA for a month end of Feb or begin of March.

Looing for a furnished studio or 1 bdrm apt in Recoleta (recommended) that has internet access and utilities included.

Anyone know how I can contact or website where I can find this info and apprx cost of rental.

Any suggestions wud be appreciated.

I would also suggest looking into hostels to stay in. You generally can find one with an excellent location, and all of the amenities that you're looking for.
