Hi Sir...
I just Want to know that I am ovestay in Bahrain.My company terminated me before one year butt they did,nt return my passport. Now i want to apply for flexi visa butt My passport will be expire in next four months ..how can I get my passport from my company to apply new passport and for flexi visa..Please reply me as early as possible..I also talk to my h.r butt they refuced to give me passport they said we will put runaway cause on you...if I go lmra is that the catch me or no?

You don't need passport for flexi visa.

If they have cancelled your visa then they can't report you.

And to get your passport back, go to the police and file a case.
