Hello!
I am a student but apparently Navigo imagine R student card is not available for non-french students as the universities aren't recognised etc. Does anyone know if the ISIC european card is recognised and can be used for getting this navigo student service?

Hello,
No, this is a mistake. There are no nationality requirements. But there are four preconditions.
- This annual package is reserved for young people officially residing in Île-de-France.
- Be under 16 years old on September 1 of the subscription year.
- Be under 26 years of age on September 1 of the subscription year and follow a course in primary or secondary education, or work-study training of a level below the baccalaureate with apprentice status.
- Be under 26 years of age on September 1 of the subscription year and follow long-term integration training for out-of-school youth in difficulty.
