Dear friends,
I have 2 cars with no number plates (they had diplomatic number plates and those were returned). I have the grey Cards for both cards.
Does anyone know how to get number plates issued. I am in Paris 16.

Try the vehicle manufacturers see if they will give you a certificate of comformatie,
then you register then as normal with A.N.T.s.
They might send them to a test station where they will do a crash test into concrete blocks to see if they pass ok.
