New to Copenhagen and looking for job advice

Good day,

I am from South Africa. I moved here about 4 months ago with my partner who is studying his masters at CBS. I have been looking for a job ever since and i have been unsuccessful.

I have been to workshops that teach me how to write a CV and cover letter the danish way but still no luck. I have a business degree and i have been looking for any entry level job within business. I do not speak danish only english.

I keep hearing and reading negative stories about expats who have been here for years and just cannot find jobs in Copenhagen. I guess my question is: is this really the situation here?

I guess that we speak of a job which matches your qualifications, and the availability of jobs for English speakers are limited, and much depends on your field.

It will be more difficult for a person with a business degree than for a person with an IT degree. However, don't give up. Keep going.
