a french speaking school for a 3 years child

Hello,
i'm desperate because all french speaking schools i know in meknes (JJ Rousseau & Notre Dame) don't accept children under 4 years old
my son used to go since january in school in Brussel, so i really want him to go to school
can you help me to find one ?
and can you advise me also for a kindergarden also please ? (i'm leaving near Stade 20 août)
thanks a lot and if you're a mother with young children in Meknes, i would be pleased to meet you because we just arrived and my son needs to see other children
