Hi
I have been in a relationship with a married Filipina for 3 years. she is separated from her Filipino husband for 8 years and has 3 kids. My question is, would she get a visitors visa to come to the UK as she is married already?
I have been to visit her 3 times in tha last year

A visitors visa shouldn't be a problem; her marital status has no reflection on this. The process to follow is described in the UK Gov website; this link will take you there.
