Can a foreigner hold a retirement visa and business visa at the same time?
A buyer wants to buy my business and he's on a retirement visa but wants to know if he can be eligible for a business visa also since he wants to register the business with the proper ministry.
Asked around but no one can give me a direct answer.

First it's not a visa but an Extension of Stay (EOS).
You can have only one type of EOS, so in this case he has to change from retirement EOS to Business EOS.
Retirement EOS does not allow to work in any kind.
He could wait with the application and first register the business. If that is done he can apply for a Business (EB) Extension of Stay, supported by a letter of employment (by his own company).
That's it, not too complicated.
