If you are coming to Saudi Arabia. I request to please don't happen, Because Now the market is terrible and till 2020 situation will be the same.

Inshallah, After 2020 expecting a change in the economy of Saudi Arabia. About the cost of earning and expenses, Earning depends on your job profile and personality. But as about expenses is again depend on your decision, But it is very cheap just like India expenses, But in India, we have massive taxes, and in Saudi, we have only 5%. But with 1500 to 2000 Riyal per month you can leave a healthy life.

What are the cheapest cities in Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia all approx same but now in thease days maximum illigal people exit so some cheap but due to taxes and leavy charge saudi becoame again costly in place if u asked then i suggest northern area but if you want to stay in riyadh or jedhha is also beautiful city all are same area but if u need the Indian temperature jedhha is the best and cheapest city.

Why are they cheap?
No one can say saudi as the same everywhere expect desert.

What singles them out as a city where the cost of living is low?
If u have family then around 3k or if u aline then around also 3k minimum maximum depends in you
What is the average monthly budget for one person living in these cities?
Depends on you but average 3000-4000 sar

Is it easy to find a job as an expat in these cities?
If u want to came as a free lancer then having some difficulties but you got job because talent never be died.

What is the overall quality of life like?
Overall ok but its upto you.

Are they expat friendly?
So so no one say perfect answer of your question specially this kind of question

Would you recommend these cities for someone looking to settle in Saudi Arabia?
If businesses purpose then jeddah and riyadh but if u searching a job then don’t think like where is the good one city or bad one city think like where u got a maximum money and good facilities okk

theses are major cities . most nationalities living here public transport is available. house sharing & room sharing available. restaurant are everywhere with good low prices .

2000sar/month(per person good room +internet + food from restaurants +public transport use inside city) average living

50/50 chances to get job ( its better to get work as freelancer) overall life is above middle class .
