Uk visa application with pending police case in Saudi Arabia

What are the chances of visa application being cancelled or rejected if someone has a police record of loan default in Saudi Arabia?

If, somehow, visa was allowed, are there any chances that this person will be deported from UK immigration if they found out about the police case?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

According to the NACRO organisation, If you were sentenced to anything less than four years, or given a non-custodial sentence, your application will be refused until a certain period has elapsed:

Sentence/disposal - Application will be refused until:
Prison sentence longer than 12 months but less than 4 years - 10 years from the end of your full sentence (including time on licence)
Prison sentence up to 12 months - 5 years from the end of your full sentence (including time on licence)
Non-custodial sentence - 1 year from the date of conviction
Caution - 1 year from the date of caution

So, if you are convicted for anything, a minimum of 1 year until your visa will be granted (assuming you qualify for a visa that is).

Hope this helps.
