My wife is currently in housewife visa in UAE, got a job as Assistant Teacher for KG1 class in a school. She is having Hepatitis b as positive.
Can she work? Under husband sponsor?

Generally, yes. Husband needs to give permission and employer applies for permit (not visa). Not sure whether her profession falls into the 6 categories which are screened for Hep B. If that is the case then she will not get a permit.

Yes. Only a dependent visa. He will not be allowed to work in the 6 categories.
