Marriage on a T3 Visa

Hello,

I am from the US and am trying to get married in June to an Ecuadorian. All I have is a T3 stamp visa and have used 14 of those days in my 90 days of the year. Can I get married on the T3 tourist visa? Or do I have to apply for an extension visa? If the extension visa is needed can I apply for it before the 90 days are up, how much does it cost, and can I tell them that my reason or request for the extension is to get married?

I dont know that there would be any obstacle on getting married on a T3 stamp but that isn't going to help you staying perminently in Ecuador or her to migrate to the US. In the case that either of you wants to live perminently in the others country it will require getting some type of permanent residency. As for the 90 day tourist extension. If you apply prior to your original 90 days expiring, you will loose all remaining days on your original 90 day stamp. Also the 90 day extension only lasts 90 running days from the day you receive it, weather you leave the country or not. You will not be able to get another "new" 90 day stamp until your 1 year anniversary of entering the country originally.
I think to get a more precise answer we need to know what country you plan to live in after your married. It could be easier to get your fiancee a K1 visa to the US and get married there.
