Spanish

Hi everyone.

I am from Namibia and I am really looking into moving to Paraguay by early next year if all goes to plan.  The question I have now is learning Spanish. Can I learn normal Spanish with the Duolingo app? Is there maybe another app where I can learn the correct Spanish?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
