Informations about teaching in the university in Bahrein

good evening
I have a proposal for a university teaching position in Manama.
I want to know before negotiating during the interview that I will have with them the following informations;
- What is the net monthly salary of a university teacher?
- Do they take charge, as in Saudi Arabia, the annual rent and offer installation fees?
- Do they take charge of schooling children? For my part I will be forced to enroll my children in French college.
- Finally, is life pleasant in Bahrain? and especially can we leave the country easily especially if we have conferences abroad?
