Hi there!
Is there anyone who would agree to speak some French to me (Skype option is also acceptable). I need to prepare for the French proficiency exam and need some practice. Two years ago I learned French and passed the exam (my level was "intermediate"). So, I need to refresh it,... In exchange, I can offer you some Russian speaking sessions 
Maybe anyone has any recommendations about the French courses or private lessons? Highly apprecite any help in this regard.

Perhaps you could post an advert in the classifieds under the Language classes or language exchange category for better visibility.
How about l'Institut Français ? http://institutfrancais.me/fr/ did you contact them to enquire ?
