Prohibition to entree in the Shengen area in SIS

I am russian married with a portuguese but can can not get a visa to come in Portugal!

11.01.2017 I was legally crossing the Norway-Russian border by bus. At the border the police approached me concerning my overstay in the Shengen area. I have to admit that I stayed that period with my spouse from EU but before get officially married. I miss counted the number of days that I could stay in he Shengen area and I did not intended to do it so.
I came back to Russia we got married with my portueguese boyfriend, but after that case no one country from Shengen area dont give me a visa. They said my to write an appeal to Norway. But I dont know the laws of the European Union governing this case.
Could you help me please!
