if you looked for DR health insurance you would save thousands of dollars ayear  compare to So called international insurance companies rates, $750 dollars per month, are they joking, DR rates $100 to 190 per quarter

While I agree with you in principal,  its a very personal decision based on all the pros and cons!

The price depends on whether the USofA is covered on your international plan. If it is the insurance rates go waaaay up. I think some have plans that exclude the US.

Since I'll just be in the DR, I'm just looking for DR insurance
