Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

Currently I am working in a company more than two years and recently got offer from another company They are asking me to provide a Medical Fitness Report from any hospital and Good conduct report from CID within 07 days .I am confused about this no idea how to do that .Please help me regarding this .

For medical fitness report, go to any hospital and ask them about a pre-employment medical package. Say you want to get it done yourself and it is not for LMRA. Take your CPR with you.
