Following up my last post, has anyone used any letting agents to manage their property whilst away, and if so, how did it work out, and where there any snags?

I am on the other side of things (I am renting from a couple who are currently living in Scotland). The agency regularly communicates with the owners when we have questions about the property, so I would assume they also keep up that communication on the other side. (They also arranged for us to meet the owners when they were in Bulgaria for a visit, so we could fill out some of my visa paperwork- the owners seemed happy with the arrangement)
