Hi, I am selling my car to a person who has taken bank loan. Buyer's bank has issued lpo & other documents for transferring the title. In this case do the buyer ( who has taken loan) to be present in the traffic office or the seller can transfer the title with the forms provided by the bank? Kindly advise urgently.
