Can you recommend some financial institutions i.e. Commercial Banks in Buenos Aires?

What about their facilities they offer? For example: [Internet Banking, Credit Facilities, ATM's machine availability throughout the city]

How the mentioned institution(s) has(ve) facilitated or facilitate your life?

Banking is basically impossible here without a DNI. Also, no one (to include Argentines) trust the banks or keep any money here. Around the 5th of every month you see locals lined up at all the ATMs taking their paycheck out of the bank as they don't trust them.

The best bet is Uruguay, which has the only equivalent in South America of offshore banking. All you need is a passport to get an account and a debit card at their national bank.
