Looking to retire and move by years end to Ambergris, is it possible to purchase property (a decent Condo/House) for under a $100k ?
I know the question is vague but any and all information and help would be greatly appreciated.

You have picked possibly the most expensive area of Belize. Not much decent under 200k.

Thank you very much for the info ... that's what I'm starting to gather by all the "For Sale" classifieds I've been seeing ...just thought I would just inquire other thoughts and information aside from the commercial real estate agents.
