how they can compute my settlement fee after i finish my contract because my company dont want to pay my gratuity what i can do about this matter.

See gratuitous calculated 15 days basic for every year completed up to 3 year and after that one basic full for every year completed after 3 year. But minimum length of employment should be one year. Further suppose if u complete 1.6 year then company has to pay 15 days basic salary plus proportionate basic salary for fraction year0.6 year also. If company not paying u gratuity u may go embassy better
