I am a Nigerian Man but lives in Italy as an asylum seeker. I have the Italian resident identity card of 11 years. With this identity card coupled with a letter from my embassy in Romania that I have not been married before in my country, is it possible for me to get married in Romania with a Romanian Citizen.
