I wish I could answer your question! but as per my modest experience about living in Meknes, I think you have to drive to Ifran for a greeny going out or to Fes for a night life/restaurant/Pubs....

Wait, I've just remembered, if you're into agriculture, the 5th edition of the international fair of agriculture will take place in Meknes from April 30th to May 2th
