My boyfriend and I are travelling from the Algarve to Gibraltar on 30th August and are finding it difficult to figure out the best way to make this journey.
We are planning to pick up a rented car in Faro airport when we arrive in Portugal on 23rd August and use that for our week long holiday in the Algarve. We are driving to Gibraltar and staying there for a few days to visit family before flying out of there in 3rd September. We presumed that we could drop the rented car off somewhere near Gibraltar but this doesn't seem to be possible.
The bus seems to take about 10 hours so we'd like to avoid that if possible.
Does anyone have any advice on options for travelling from the Algarve to Gibraltar?
