Hi - We will live in Bucharest for 1 year. Does anyone know where we can lease a car for 1 year at around 100 euros per month? Or would we have to buy a car?

For 100E a month?! I seriously doubt it.
If you're here only a year, you might consider just using the public transportation system, and maybe rent a car if you want to venture out in the country
